To provide travel and entertainment for the brave men and women who have served and are currently serving in the United States Armed Forces, and to give them access to Veteran support resources through our non-profit partners.
WHY WE EXIST
It is truly remarkable, and much appreciated, that today’s veterans and active military personnel enjoy much higher public support and recognition than in years past. However, cases of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), suicides, homelessness, drug abuse, and unemployment amongst veterans are at an all-time high. Far too many of our brothers and sisters still suffer because they don’t know where to turn for help, or are hesitant to do so. We as Americans must pick up the slack and help these Heroes who have sacrificed for their country and cause. They have earned the right to be remembered and rewarded.
WHAT WE DO
We produce single- and multiple-day concerts and festivals in cities all across America. We showcase talented local, regional, and national bands, many of which are Veterans. We also organize group travel to various events and locations, including concerts, sporting events, tours, cruises, military sites/battlefields/memorials. Furthermore, we provide information, resources, and support to attending Veterans through non-profit Veteran based organizations. Please consider donating to our non-profit partners who have contributed to each event. Our sponsors make it possible. The support from local and national organizations, private businesses, individuals, ticket sales, concessions, and merchandise all go to help our Veterans.
AWF NEEDS YOU
The American Warrior Festival is by no means the answer to all Veteran problems. Our mission is our way of showing them that we care and that their service was not in vain and not forgotten.
